Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unused and in their original condition
Include all original packaging and tags (if applicable)
Not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards
Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and obtaining a return label.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Mayyan cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.

Restocking Fee

No restocking fee will be charged for approved returns.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a damaged/defective item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging so we can investigate and assist you promptly.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they enter processing. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined in this policy.
